This senior session was a little extra special for me. I’ve known Brendon’s parents since our college days, so getting to photograph their son for his senior pictures was definitely one of those full-circle moments.

We met at Doctors Park in Fox Point, one of my favorite Milwaukee-area locations for senior photos. With the wooded trails, beach, and Lake Michigan all in one spot, there are so many different backgrounds without having to travel between locations.

Of course, we also had to include Brendon’s four-legged best friend for a few photos. I always love when seniors bring their dogs along. It adds something personal to the session and usually ends up creating some of my favorite images.

The rest of the evening was relaxed, with plenty of time to explore the park and beach and give Brendon a good mix of portraits.
