I’ve loved getting to work with Alarae Kids, a Milwaukee children’s clothing company, on several of their recent collections.

We’ve photographed Alarae Kids in a variety of settings, from clean studio sessions at Studio North in Milwaukee to lifestyle shoots around the area. For this collection, we photographed along the shores of Lake Michigan at Doctors Park in Fox Point, as well as on the tennis courts, giving the brand a mix of polished studio images and playful lifestyle content.

The studio sessions keep the focus on the clothing and the kids wearing it, while the lifestyle sessions show the pieces in a more natural, everyday setting. Together, the images give Alarae Kids a versatile collection of photography to use throughout their website, social media and marketing.

And an extra fun part for me? My daughter Petra has gotten to model some of their adorable pieces along the way!
